You have 30 days from the day of delivery to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. A 10% restocking fee applies (except for exchanges) and return shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount. Products being returned must be complete in their original packaging, undamaged and haven’t been installed or assembled in order to qualify for a return or exchange. Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories included with the product to avoid any denied returns. Please secure product that it is free from any moving components so damage does not occur while in transit back to our warehouse. Once RMA request has been submitted you shall receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. Check your inbox for a return confirmation email along with an approved RMA number and return shipping label. Return label will be provided for original orders that have shipped with Ground Services only. You will have 10-Days from RMA approval date to return your product.
